Your information (name, address, phone number, credit card information) will not be shared with anyone. For regular store purchases, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. For the subscription trunks, your credit card information is safely stored on our secured and encrypted servers.
Items received through the subscription trunks are not eligible for returns.
Items purchased through the store are only eligible for return if they are defective or sent by mistake. Items must be in original packaging and with all tags still attached. Our order processing times are separate from the shipping times. All regular one time orders will process in one to two business days (not including weekends or holidays). All subscription boxes will be shipped the week before their purchase date.
All orders - You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of check out to ensure that you are only paying the actual cost of shipping. You will be prompted to select the shipping time and rate when you check out. Shipping rates are based on Canada post rates and are based on the weight of the package and the distance shipped.
All orders placed from Calgary, AB, Canada will have the option to choose the free pick up option. If this option is chosen, you will be contacted by Little Peanuts and given three times that are eligible for pick up.
We are doing everything we can to keep your items clean and safe for you. We are limiting the number of people who are in contact with the products and washing and sanitizing hands and products as necessary.
